INTRODUCTION
International Information Institute was founded in 1997 in Japan. It is an international interdisciplinary society aimed Fusion, Regeneration and Development in all research fields of sciences and technologies with keyword "INFORMATION". Main activities include publishing Internationl Journal of INFORMATION, Editing Asian Information-Science-Life (NOVA Sci. Pub., USA), holding International Conferences on Information etc. In 2004, International Information Institute has around 1040 members (889 regular members and 151 senior members) covered 31 countries and areas.
